If you have gotten a response or notification from the bank that the Direct Feed is now active, I would encourage you to follow the below steps:
- Select the Banking tab
- In the top right, select Update
- This should instigate the feed into action if it is currently pending.
After these steps, if you find it is not updating new transactions I'd encourage you to contact our friendly support staff by clicking here.
