Let's sort out your missing bank transaction, satish.

First off, can you please share the name of your financial institution? This way, we can better check if there are related issues with your bank.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) automatically downloads your bank transactions when you link your account. However, the information imported into our system depends on the data your bank shares with us. In case of any missing transactions, you can easily download a CSV file from your bank and manually upload it into our system. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website.
  2. Follow your bank's instructions for how to download CSV files of your transactions to your computer. Every financial institution has different steps.
  3. Make sure the date range for the download is at least one day before your oldest transaction.
  4. Download your transactions. Save the file somewhere you can easily find it, like your computer's desktop.

Once done, you can manually upload the transaction into QBO. Refer to the steps below:

  1. Go to Banking, then select Bank Transactions.
  2. Choose the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions into.
  3. Click the Link account dropdown and then Upload from the file.
  4. Select Drag and Drop or select Files, and then choose the file you downloaded from your bank. Then hit Continue.
  5. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then click Continue.
  7. Choose the transactions you would like to import. Then tap Continue.
  8. Select Yes. Then, when you've accepted your transactions, hit Done

Hi Satish,

Thank you for your response. Once the transactions are successfully imported in QuickBooks Online this will show on the For review tab. If the transactions imported are not showing on the For review tab, you may also check the Categorised tab. In any case transaction of 1/12/2024 is still not showing, it would be best to import the missing transactions via CSV file.
