I'm here to ensure that your bank transactions will be downloaded successfully in QuickBooks Online. However, can you tell me the name of your financial institution that you're working with? This helps me check if there's a reported issue related to your concern.
For now, we can try updating your bank account manually. This process refreshes the connectivity between your bank's website into QuickBooks and helps download recent transactions.
If doing this doesn't make a difference, I recommend accessing your account using a private window just to make sure this isn't a browser-related issue. The cache on your browser is a place to store older data to make loading web pages easier. If it gets too full, it can have an adverse effect and cause unexpected behaviors.
If transactions are now connected, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Clearing it will refresh the system and get everything back to running smoothly. For example, here's how to do this in Chrome:
1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.
2. Select More Tools, then Clear Browsing Data.
3. Change the time range to All Time.
4. Only check Cached images and files.
5. Press on Clear data.
In case you're using a different browser, this link provides details on how to perform the process: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?
I've added this article: What to do if you can’t find downloaded bank transactions for more steps to be taken if transactions are missing in QuickBooks Online.
Let me know how everything turns out by leaving a comment below. I'll make sure you're all set. Take care!
