Hello aditya07,

Though Online Banking helps you manage your transactions, you still need to be vigilant when adding or matching the downloaded transactions.

Duplicate banking transactions in your register can still be undone. Here's how:

  1. In the Banking page, go to the Reviewed section.
  2. Mark the banking transactions that cause duplicate
  3. Click Undo.

We can exclude these transactions to avoid from being added to your register again.

  1. Go to the For Review section and mark the banking transactions we want to exclude.
  2. Click the Batch actions button and select Exclude Selected.
  3. Go to the Excluded section and mark again the said transactions.
  4. Click the Batch actions button and select Delete.
This is to completely remove the transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Here are tips that I can share to avoid duplicates in your register:

  • If you have existing transactions in QuickBooks Online, you can select Match from the Banking page.
  • Otherwise, you can select Add or Transfer.

Additional reference is added here.

Once you're done with this, you can already reconcile the account with ease.
