My bank feed is downloading transaction with incorrect description. It's totally different from what I have on my bank statement.

My bank feed is downloading transaction with incorrect description. It's totally different from what I have on my bank statement.

The descriptions for transactions downloaded via standard feeds may not always 100% match
the description provided in the Internet Banking site. If the description seems missing or wrong,

First click on the transaction in For Review to check for details in any field that
may match the expected description. You can also check the Gear icon on the top right of the
For Review table and tick the box “Show bank details” to see if this provides the expected
description.
If the description truly is incorrect and identifying information is missing or belongs to a different
transaction altogether, please contact our support team with below information:

Capture a screenshot of the transaction in For Review with the
details displayed and provide a screenshot of the expected description from Internet Banking.
