My bank feed is not working and can not talk on the phone to support they keep dropping out!!!
Hi Louise20, thanks for reaching out through the community. For the security of your banking details if the phone is not working for you please try reaching out via our chat support which you can access by clicking on the Help option when you log into your Quickbooks Online account.
This is located at the top right-hand side of your screen once logged in.
