My credit card was cancelled due to fraud and replacement received. The Bank feed did not automatically update. I am not able to see any transactions from the new card.

How do I add the new card into my feed without loosing the information from the old card. Do i need to balance with the old card before adding the new card. It looks like a new account was opened with the bank for the new card. The bank closed the old card and account.

I'm glad to see you here, @jenny-electrowel. I believe it takes a lot of time to ensure the security of your bank account. I'm here to provide you the ways how to update the connection and transaction of your financial institution in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Since it doesn't automatically update, we can perform it manually. This ensures that changes will reflect on your bank feed. Here's how:

  1. In the Transactions section, select a Bank account tile.
  2. Click Update.

If the recent information won't show, let's edit the new details of your bank account manually. Feel free to follow these steps:

  1. From that Account Tile, click the Pencil icon.
  2. Choose Edit Account info.
  3. Enter the new Account number and all needed information.
  4. Once done, go to the Save icon below. Then, tick the Update tab again.

Additionally, if you want to sort your entries automatically once they're downloaded to QBO, check out this article: Set up bank rules to categorise online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Please know that you can always return here, @jenny-electrowel if you need additional assistance in ensuring that your bank feeds are updated based on your financial institution. Have a good day!
