Problem with bank feeds

Hello there, Yasar.

I'm here to provide information

QuickBooks Online (QBO) offers direct bank feeds for personal and business banking accounts with Macquarie Bank. However, it is important to note that foreign currency accounts and accounts with account numbers starting with '00' are not included in this service. Unfortunately, there is currently no option to establish a direct bank feed for these accounts.

On the other hand, standard feeds are available for all account types, including credit cards and foreign currency accounts. If you wish to connect to QBO through a standard feed, this option is available to you.

You can still manually upload your transactions using a CSV file. Simply ensure that the file follows the correct format and proceed with the following steps to upload your CSV file.

  1. On the left navigation panel, click Transactions.
  2. On the Bank transactions tab, press Upload transactions.
  3. Upload your file, and then hit Continue.
  4. Choose the account you want to upload the transactions into in the QuickBooks account dropdown. Then, click Continue.
  5. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then, select Continue.
  6. Pick the transactions you would like to import. Then, click Continue.
  7. Hit Yes.
