If your bank transactions are not importing automatically into QuickBooks Online (QBO), the issue can be related to your bank connection.
To resolve this, I recommend logging in directly to your bank's website and looking for any pending messages, notifications, or security prompts that require action. Additionally, confirm that there are no known bank outages or maintenance announcements on their website, and ensure that the transactions are not just "pending," as QBO only downloads posted transactions.
If the bank's website is fine, try forcing a manual update within QBO:
If an error code appears after the update, you can check out this article to learn how to resolve it: Fix specific bank errors.
