Hello there, kylemcgarrigle.
The time it takes for a new bank to be supported in QuickBooks can vary. It depends on the bank's cooperation and technical requirements between the two platforms.
You can enter your bank's URL to verify if QuickBooks supports it or not. You can get the URL by logging in to your bank's website, copying the URL, and then pasting it into the search field.
If it still does not belong on the list, you can request support from your bank.
In the meantime, you can manually upload your bank data using CSV file. For more details, you can check this article: Manually upload your transactions, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks Online.
You can visit these articles that guide you through handling bank data:
Please let me know if you have more concerns about linking banks and integrating other platforms in QuickBooks. I'll be around to help in any way that I can.
You can use one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
