The bank data feed was last updated 21/7/19. Not sure why the feed has stopped.

Sorry to hear that your bank feed has stopped abruptly. I would recommend contacting our Customer Success Team to investigate this further with back-end tools.
How to contact us:
Select Help on the top-right corner of QuickBooks.
Select Contact Us.
Enter a brief description of the issue, then select Let's Talk.
Under Choose a way to connect with us, select Start a chat or Get a callback.
