I am having trouble connecting QB to my PayPal. It was connected up until July 2024 and now trying to connect it again I go through submitting login and password, then I get asked to verify by a mobile phone or email but I get the following message, no matter if I chose the phone number or the email. I have checked with Paypa and they have my correct email address and ph. number.
What can I do to resolve this? I tried different computers and different browsers.

I can understand how important it is to be able to automatically download your PayPal transactions. Know that our engineers are aware of this issue and working for a fix. As per checking in here, there is a reported product investigation INV-110535 about PayPal bank account not connecting with QuickBooks Online.
If you haven't contacted our Customer Care Team yet, I recommend doing so, that way your QuickBooks company can be added to the list of affected users and can receive timely email updates.
In the meantime, you have the option to manually upload your transactions using a CSV file.
