It sounds like you are trying to add it as a Direct feed, rather than a Standard feed - at this time, most banks do not currently support credit cards for direct feeds, however if you use a Standard connection with your internet banking login, you should be able to connect it as normal. If you go to the Add Account button in the Banking screen and it automatically prompts you to enter the account number, if you select the Back button in the bottom left of that section it should take you back to the Standard feed connection screen where you can enter your bank username and password and connect using that option.
