Welcome to the Community, @jignjic. When you connect your bank account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), we only let you enter the username and password you use for your online banking.
Some banks may require additional security steps before you can connect with them in your QBO. I'd suggest you contact your financial institution (FI) to verify your issue number. Then, continue adding your bank with us.

I'm in the same position but can't contact the bank until Monday.
