At the moment, we don't have any reported issues with bank feeds. I'd like to accumulate more information about your concern so I can provide the best possible resolution. May I know what bank you’re working with? Or did you receive an error message when trying to use the bank feeds feature?

If you're unable to download your bank transactions, we can manually update your account. This helps fix banking errors and refreshes your connection.

Let me show you how:

1. Go to the Banking menu.
2. On the Banking page, click the Update button.
3. If prompted, input your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) credentials.
4. Lastly, select Continue update. 

If downloads seem slow or stuck, the issue may be on the bank’s end. I recommend logging in to your bank’s website to verify.

1. Go to the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
2. Choose the Link account. 
3. Look for your bank and select it.
4. Copy the URL listed for your bank.
5. Sign in to your bank or credit card's website using the copied URL.
