Thank you for reaching out to our community site for QBO users.
Normally, the transaction details that come through to QuickBooks are the transaction details pushed from the bank (for Direct Feed) or scraped from your online banking (for Standard Connection).
I would be needing more details to be able to diagnose the issue and find a resolution for you.
From the details you've mentioned, "the bank detail not automatically feeding into the transaction", are we safe to assume that you are referring to the transaction description not coming through? If so, are they blank or if not, what are the exact details you're seeing? Was it working okay before and this is just happening now or these are the initial transactions that came through after you have connected your bank account?
For now, if you are on a Standard connection, can you please click the "Update" button to see if the new transactions are reflecting the same problem? If it does then we will need this to be investigated by calling our support team.
If you are on Direct Feed, you also need to call us so we can escalate this for further investigation.
