Wise AUD Account - Error 381 - Reconfirm your consent to continue seeing account updates. I tried to reconfirm the bank connection, but I got an error message.

Error 381 indicates that the connection between QuickBooks and Wise has timed out and needs a fresh start. Since the standard reconfirm link is acting up, a quick page refresh is a good first move. This clears out any temporary glitches and forces the two systems to try the connection again from scratch.

If a refresh doesn't work, you can reset the link by disconnecting and then reconnecting the account. Before doing this, make sure to categorize any transactions in your For review tab first, as those will disappear when you disconnect. Once you're reconnected, your recent transactions will flow back in. If you find any transactions that you've already categorized, Exclude those items to prevent duplicate entries in your records.

If the problem persists, consider reaching out to your bank. There might be a security block on their end, or they could be running some maintenance that’s temporarily interrupting the connection with QuickBooks.
