We liked the function under "Books Review" and click on multiple queried transactions (usually under account name "uncategorised transactions") and create client query directly from there. Once client answered the queried transactions and we can re-allocated uncategorised transactions as per client's instruction. But when supervisor review the work, all the client's original answers are gone, instead it only showed "All set! This transaction is taken care of." There must be a way to keep client's original answers, as it is important for audit trial. Does anyone have same questions? how do you go back and see client's answers in Quickbook review once it has been taken care of? (screenshot attached)

If you've sent a request to your client and the client replied to it, you can view the request by using the steps below.
From there you should be able to see their reply. You can also check the status or progress of clients' books using the steps below:

Can you see my image above, when the supervisor opened up the request, it shows "answered", but no answer details. E.g.: client replied next to the transaction as "it was expense payment made for contractor XXX with GST", so bookkeeper allocated the transaction to "contractor" with GST 10%. When supervisor review bookkeeper's work, where does the supervisor review client original reply, because all it says is "answered". This will later on create audit trial issue if auditor cannot review client's original reply.
We cannot re-open the "answered" query, it is not clickable. Is it something to do with our web browser?

I understand that you would like to view the replies on the client request entered under Checklist however we don't have an option to do that. I can see how essential it is to review the client's original reply. Appreciate if you can send your valuable feedback by going to Gear icon and select Feedback. As a workaround, you may add the replies from the Comment section instead on the Checklist.
