Changing the date range settings shouldn't impact your ability to view the Dashboard - I would recommend reaching out to our support team to go though some more specific troubleshooting to find out why this is happening for you. - In your QuickBooks Online, click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Contact us and enter the details of your concern.
