I understand the importance of changing the bank transaction listed as "Transaction" instead of the bank's name, which is preventing you from reconciling your account.
The transactions downloaded into QuickBooks depend on the information provided by your financial institution. I suggest contacting your bank to inquire about changing it to the payment account.
If you meant modifying the category, we can do it by going to the Transactions menu. Here's how:
