I'm here to make sure you can match your transactions using your mobile app in no time, @roadconaus!

Are you trying to match an expense from your bank feeds to a purchase order that you've manually entered into QuickBooks? QuickBooks bank feeds feature helps us save more time because we won't be entering all those transactions by hand. All we have to do is review and approve the way QuickBooks categorizes them. However, we're unable to match a transaction to a non-posting transaction, such as the purchase order and estimate. To create a matching entry to your expense, you'll have to create a bill for your purchase order. I'd be glad to show you how.

  1. Open the purchase order.
  2. Click Copy to Bill.

  3. Review the details.
  4. Select Save and close.

Once done, go back to the For Review tab and match the expense to your bill. You can check this link for your reference: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You can also check out this link to see what are the features that you can access in the mobile app: QuickBooks Online App Overview.

Please let me know if you need further assistance. I'm determined to help you succeed. Have a wonderful day!
