Hi Kcoromandel,
Thank you for reaching out on this.
So we can better assist you on this, may I clarify if Jan and Feb transactions are not in your QuickBooks Online file or they are just have not been reconciled, please? In other words, if you go to the account history, do you see any transactions from Jan to Feb?
Thank you.
Thank you for the screen shot, Kcoromandel,
Looks like Jan to Feb transactions have not been added to your QuickBooks Online file at all. Do you mind if I ask if there has been any outage with your bank feed?
You can bring back Jan to Feb transactions into your QBO account by exporting the transactions list from your online banking website as a .CSV file and import it to QBO.

Hi Kcoromandel,
Thank you for getting back to us on this. Excellent work on bringing in Jan to Feb transactions!
You do need to review us as transactions under the "for review" tab are not in your accounting record. If there is a difference between bank balance and QBO balance after doing so, we can troubleshoot further.
Please feel free to reach out again if you need help on this.
Hi Kcoromandel,
Glad to hear you were able to add the transactions into your QBO file. For the remaining 2, if they have already been matched and recorded in your QBO file before, you can exclude the 2 and not bring them in to avoid duplication.
You can also do a bank reconciliation for the month to confirm the bank balance and QuickBooks balance is correct.
