We have an ongoing investigation when processing a reconciliation wherein selecting each transaction will reload the page. I would suggest to please contact our Customer Support Team to add your account to the affected list. This will help our engineers assess the scope of the issue and keep you informed via email updates once it's resolved.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Select Help (?).
- In QB Assistant, enter the topic you need help with. You can also enter questions.
- Click Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Choose a way to connect with us:
- Start a chat with a support expert. Live chat M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and S-S, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, AET.
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
- Call us. M-F, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, AET.
