Data not syncing using Quick Books on mobile device.

I'll make sure to get rid of the error message so your data QuickBooks Online (QBO) mobile app sync accordingly.

 

Let's perform a few troubleshooting steps to determine why such an error message saying "Data Sync Error" pops up and resolve it. One of the possible reasons causing this problem is the cache stored on your device.

 

Saying you've already tried clicking Refresh Data from the app, let's remove the temporary cache outside the program by following the steps below:

 

For Android devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under App Manager, hit your QuickBooks App.
  3. Click Clear Cache.

 

For IOS devices:

 

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Under General. tap Storage.
  3. Choose your QuickBooks app.
  4. Click Offload App.
