Let's work together and get your CSV file imported, widescreenvp.
An import will not be successful if there's a formatting restriction.
You can see the different types of formatting restrictions in this article: Import bank transactions using Excel CSV files. Scroll down to Formatting CSV files for import.
After your CSV file is formatted correctly, let's try to import again.
- Click the Gear icon located in the upper right-hand corner.
- Under Tools, click Import Data.
- Select Bank Data, and click the Browse button to upload the CSV file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to map the fields.
Once done, you can start to match and categorise your bank transactions.
