Currently, the option to edit multiple products at once isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You'll want to modify them one at a time.
I know that editing products at once by assigning each to their own class is beneficial for you and your business. For now, I suggest submitting feedback directly to our product engineers. They may look into this suggestion and consider adding the option in the future update. To submit feedback, you can go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
