There isn't any reported incident as of yet with Hike products not syncing in QuickBooks Online. To isolate the situation, I recommend checking your Hike set up and verify the accounts used to track products/item.
- From your Hike account, click on Products.
- Click on the product name.
- Under Primary information check what is the Inventory information and accounts used.
Furthermore, due to the limited information we have about third party apps. I recommend also contacting Hike support to ask about the set up to send product information to QBO and vice versa.
