QuickBooks Online doesn't support saving the full company file externally - we do allow for data to be exported into Reports though, and the best option for this is to go to the Gear icon in the top right of the page and select Export Data. This will allow you to select the data that you want to export and then output them as a group of reports in Excel, all saved as a single zip file.
