I updated my app and now I can't see my old quotes, how do I sync all my data to my phone again?

I can help you refresh your app to load all your quotes, ron-aus.

 

Wherever your access your QuickBooks Online account, transactions will totally sync. Your QBO app's data may now be full that's why you're experiencing some unusual responses when viewing your quotes. With this, you'll have to clear your app data. This will refresh the system and remove the older files that cause the said responses. 

 

Here's how to refresh app data using iOs devices:

  1. Select the burger icon (3 horizontal lines).
  2. Scroll down and select Help & Feedback.
  3. Select Refresh data.

In case you're using an Android device, here's how:

  1. Go to the three-dot button at the top-right corner.
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Scroll down and click Refresh data.
  4. Select Yes.
