Is there a way to change from normal quickbooks online to quickbooks self employed?

I'm a sub contractor and was recommended standard, however I can't do much when it comes to my tax on the normal version. I'd like to change but can't find a way to. For more info; I pay the subscription via google pay and my sign in for self employed finds my normal account but won't sign in, yet when I try to create an account it finds my usual one.

If you would like to switch to QuickBooks Self-Employed, you'll need to sign up for an account for that. You can check on this link to sign up for an account: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/au/self-employed/.  Also, please note that you can only sign up one QuickBooks Self-Employed account on one email address.

Hey, thank you for the reply!

I've tried doing that but it doesn't allow me to with what I have registered on my normal quickbooks account. Is it not possible to keep the email I use for business for this?

If you have a QuickBooks Self-Employed account before and you try to sign up for a new account with the same email address, you'll be prompted to sign in to manage your existing or previous QuickBooks Self-Employed account. Can you send us a direct message for us to verify and further check your account in a secure space? Thanks.
