Good day, gary-armstrong.

I understand that you need to add your customer's shipping addresses.

Please note that in QuickBooks Online, we can only add one shipping address for every customer. Though, you can modify it when you create a transaction.

Also, you can enter the addresses on the Notes section of the customer's profile. That way, you can easily pull it up whenever you need it.

  1. Go to the Invoicing tab and select Customers.
  2. Click on the customer's name, then click on Edit.
  3. Select the Notes tab and enter the address there. Click Save.notes.PNG

I've added these articles if you need more reference about customer list:

to integrate apps like this to QuickBooks Online:

  1. From the left navigation panel, select Apps.
  2. Enter the name of your desired app in the Searchfield. Or, click the Browse category drop-down menu and choose the appropriate type of app you're looking for.
  3. Select the app once the search is done.
  4. Click the Get app now button and finish the following on-screen instructions to complete the process.
  1. Go to the Gearicon at the top, then choose Import Data.
