Missing a single bank transaction from my feed, how do i import a single transaction

It's our pleasure to have you here today, @sgalea.

Before anything else, we'd like to thank you for reaching out here in the Community space and for allowing us to help you with your QuickBooks Online (QBO) concern. You can import your transaction as a CSV file into your QBO company file. We'll gladly write down the steps to get you going:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top-right corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Under the Tools column, choose Import Data.
  4. Select Bank Data.
  5. Select Drag and drop or select files and then select the file you downloaded from your bank. Then select Continue.
  6. In the QuickBooks account ▼ dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into. Then select Continue.

Feel free to check this page for more information:  Manually upload your transactions, receipts, and bills into QuickBooks Online.

Before doing so, know that you'll want to ensure the file you're trying to upload into your company file follows the correct format. We'd recommend checking this article for more details: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

In addition, we've added these articles to help you manage bank transactions, and reconcile an account inside the program:

We're only a click away if you need further assistance, @sgalea. You can always visit the Community space if you have any other questions or tasks you'd like to perform inside the program. We've got you covered, we'll respond as soon as possible. Take care, and have a good one
