We can check on the Apps tab to confirm if Servicem8 is still connected and check the app settings. Syncing transactions or data to and from QuickBooks Online depends on the third party application you're using and how it receives data. That said, I suggest contacting the app provider so they can investigate why your payments aren't syncing over to QuickBooks.
Here's how to get contact information of a third party app:
- Go to apps.intuit.com.
- Search for app's name.
- See Contact.
