What to do if importing timesheets could not go through?

Hello flame400burger-g,

Let me share with you some basic troubleshooting steps that will help you fix this right away. Sometimes cache stores up in the system causing problems on the web pages. First, access your account using a private window and import the Timesheets from there . This mode doesn't record any activity on your local device and will help us isolate the issue. Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

If you're able to successfully import the timesheets in QuickBooks, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Alternatively, you can use another supported browser if the issue persists.

Furthermore, I'd recommend also checking the timesheet you're trying to import has not been approved. Because if a timesheet has been approved that is one reason they're not importing. Here's how:

  1. Click on the Employees tab.
  2. Click on Manage employees.
  3. Click on Approve timesheet.
  4. Select and  customise date range (Same date range with the timesheet they're trying to import)

If a timesheet has been approved you can unapproved it and then attempt to add it to your pay runs. If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. That way, they can check the cause of the error and help you import timesheets into QuickBooks.
