BAS Balance different to ATO Summary

I have paid the ATO BAS that I was sent by my accountant, but now the GST screen is showing I still owe $1 and won't clear.

The BAS screen is showing a $1 difference in balance to what the ATO Activity statement wanted payment for. 

How can I rectify this please
