BAS - Prepare BAS

Hi, I can no longer see any todo items in the "prepare GST" section of QBO. The last 4 quarters have disappeared and I therefore can't see how I can prepare my BAS. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks!

Hi JHS888,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! Let's check on the History tab and see if the BAS you're looking for is already lodge in QuickBooks Online. 

 

  1. Go to GST tab. 
  2. Select History.
  3. Check the BAS and see if they're on the list. 

 

If they're on the History tab and would like to make changes on it, you'll need to contact our support team or an accountant to unlodge the BAS for you. Once a BAS is unlodge, it will be moved on the To Do tab.

Yes have done all the actions discussed online and still none of the BAS periods for this year are populated.

If the BAS lodgement in History tab and dates of the previous and current lodgement are already checked, I would recommend to please contact our support team. That way we'll be able to verify and further check your account via screen share.
