First time QB Self-employed user: How do I generate the BAS report? I've catergorised all my transactions but can't see how to generate BAS report?

Thanks for your enquiry and welcome to the community!

 

Use these steps to generate your BAS Summary Report:

  1. Open your QuickBooks Self Employed App
  2. Select Taxes in the bottom menu
  3. Select Tax Summary Report at the top of the screen
  4. Select your Tax Time Frame (financial year) you need to send

This report shows you the summary information for each box of the BAS.

 

You are also able to send this report through to your Accountant by putting in their email address after step number 4.
