Having problem in STP lodgement , when we try enable STP in ATO portal it does not show 'KEY PAY' for software ID registration

Hi malichowhan,

 

You can enable Single Touch Payroll (STP) via logging in to ATO Access Manager or contacting ATO. First thing we'll need to do is to get the software ID on your QuickBooks Online account. To do that: 

 

  1. Go to Employees tab and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Select ATO Settings
  3. On Electronic Lodgement & STP tab, you can see the Software ID

Once done, login to Access Manager using your myGov credentials if you are the eligible associate or authorised staff of the business and follow these steps:

 

  1. From the left menu, select My hosted SBR software services.
  2. Select Notify the ATO of your hosted service.
  3. Search for KeyPay on the list. Alternatively, you can also search using KeyPay's ABN, 70 154 693 955.
  4. Select the ABN link for KeyPay.
  5. Enter the software ID and select Next.
  6. Read the Notification statement, then select Save.
