Hmmmm, this is a little tricky to address without having to see the report and drill down into the transaction.
For a start, kindly check the product/service settings of this product/service that is on the transaction and check if you have the correct income account linked to this item.
It would be great if you can provide us with more information so we can best advise you on how to resolve this issue.
