Let's make sure that you're able to open the report, Sugan2103.

There are times that too much cache and other browser issues might cause interruptions and unexpected results when doing a task in QuickBooks Online. I'll share some steps with you on how to resolve common issues in the program.

You can start the troubleshooting by logging in to your account using an incognito or private browsing session. Use these keyboard shortcuts to open an incognito session:

  • Ctrl Shift N  for Google Chrome
  • Ctrl Shift P  for Firefox
  • Control Option +if you're using Safari

Once on a private session, try to open a GST Report once again to check if that will successfully open. If you're able to open it, make sure to go back to the regular browsing session and delete the stored cache and cookies.

Here's a quick guide for more details: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.

Thanks for the reply!

I cleared my caches and cookies, I even tried in other computers too. But still the same error is displayed while generating GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.

Is there any other way to solve this issue?

Hi rajesh8580,

I'm sorry to hear the cache and cookies troubleshooting didn't help solve your issue. What we would recommend next is use other browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. When trying a different or existing browser could you also please generate a GST report using a incognito or private browsing window? This can be done with the steps below:

On Chrome

  • Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS).

On Microsoft Edge

  • Ctrl-Shift-N (Windows) or Command-Shift-N (macOS) opens an InPrivate window.

On Firefox

  • Ctrl-Shift-P (Windows) or Command-Shift-P (macOS).

Hoping to hear after trying a private browsing window that you are able to generate those reports. If not, I would encourage you to get in touch with our team by clicking here so we can escalate this issue for you.

Thanks,

We are facing the same issue. We are not able to generate "GSTR2 - 3. B2B Bills without reverse charge" for June 2020. It's not been working for lat 6-7 days,

We need this to be working to file June GST return.

We did call help desk last week and it’s not resolved yet.

Yesterday I tried raising on online chat and customer representative left the chat after asking questions. He said he will look into this issue and update but never came back.

Hi wgi11,

I note that yourself and the other user on this thread are referring to a GSTR2 or GSTR3 report which is not something we are familiar with. This is a QBO Australia Community thread; from some quick research it seems that these reports are relevant to India? If you are using the QBO India product, you will need to address this with their support - as much as we would like to help we can only support the AU product and unfortunately would not be able to assist or provide a workaround for QuickBooks India. If you have already contacted their support team and raised the issue for investigation, be assured it will be looked into and a fix applied as soon as possible, however for any further follow up or possible workaround we would need to refer you back to them. You can click here to be redirected to their phone or chat support; there is also a link to their Community site at the bottom of that page.
