What report shows my accountant who we are claiming Jobkeeper for?

Hi VicMcg,

To show your accountant who is claiming JobKeeper I would suggest the Pay Categories Report. This report is pretty useful in allowing you filter out unnecessary info and customize the report to only the information you would like to see.

In your scenario please see the steps below:

  1. Select the Reports tab in the Employee section, under the Payroll column.
  2. Select Pay Categories Report
  3. You can filter the report to the 'Last Financial Year' or 'This Financial Year' , and also filter the Pay Categories to JOBKEEPER- START or JOBKEEPER-TOPUP. This would then show you a report with all employees who have had JobKeeper added to their earnings.
  4. From there you have the option either export via Excel or PDF to your accountant in the top right of the report.

I believe this report will suit your accountant's needs.

Great, thank you. I will send this to the accountant and hopefully this is what he is looking for
