We don't have a designated field on the Statements to enter your bank details.
Instead, we can add it in the Body when sending the Statement.
- Open a statement and click the Save and send button.
- In the Send Statement window, go to the Body section.
- Enter your bank details.
- Click Send.

If you want your bank details to appear in the Body every time you send the statements, you can go to the Account and Settings:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Sales tab and go to the Messages section.
- Select Statement for Sales form.
- Enter your bank details in the Email message field.
- Click Save and Done.
