Can I add my logo to my invoices. I need add some information too.

Thank you for joining us here in the Community. It would be my pleasure to provide the detailed steps on how to attach the logo and add information to your invoice.

 

The first thing you'll need to is saved the logo on your computer. Once done, please follow the steps listed below. 

  1. Go to the Gear icon on the upper right side. 
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles under Your Company
  3. Click New style drop-down and pick Invoice
  4. Elect the Design tab, then hit Add your unique logo and tap the + icon. 
  5. Browse the file and click Save

      6. Select the Content tab to add information to the invoice. 

      7. Tap Done

Also, you can set the invoice template as default by clicking the drop-down arrow beside Edit and select Default. So you can use that template to your different customers. See the screenshot below.

I am trying to add a second logo to the bottom of our invoices and can't seem find a way to do it. I hope you can help.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

 

If you’ve turned on the Custom form styles in your QuickBooks Online account, you can import an invoice template from a DOCX file format and add the logo to the bottom of the template. If not turned on, you can only add your logo in the top left, right, and center of your sales forms.

 

To import an invoice template:

  1. Click on the Gear Icon and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Click on the drop-down in New Style, and choose Import Style.
    Note: If you're not seeing the Import Style option this feature is no longer offered to new sign-ups and accounts that did not turn on the Import Style option.
  3. Click on Invoice in the Select a form style.
  4. Click on Browse and upload your invoice template.
  5. Map the fields until you're done.
