The invoice might have been using a different template when the quote was converted to an invoice, belinda1.
Let's follow some steps to check if that's what happened. You can also edit and change the font size directly from the transaction. Here's how:
I've attached a couple of screenshots for additional reference. You can also add your follow-up questions below by clicking the Reply button.
Hi Blinda1,
Thank you for getting back to us on this.
May I get you to try making a copy of the invoice converted from a quote and see if the font size in the header matches the font in the activity section of the new invoice, please?
Please let us know how you go. Thank you.
Hi Belinda1,
Thank you for that.
I would like to replicate your situation in my test file to see if this is a potential bug that I would report to relevant. I will get back to you on that.
In the meantime, I would suggest copying as a work-around and deleting the invoice converted from the quote to avoid duplication. You can also manually mark the quote as closed so you know invoice has been converted for that quote.
Again, thank you for bringing this to our attention. I will get back to you after I replicate it in my test file.
Hi again Belinda1,
Following up on this. I have replicated the situation in my test file and will be raising this as a bug to our relevant team. They will then create an investigation and our engineering team will work on resolving this.
I will give you another update with the investigation number for your reference once it has been created.
Hi Belinda1,
Hope all is well.
Getting back to you on the Investigation.
Our support team has advised that new invoice template feature are in development to better the user experience for invoice converted from quotes. While we don't have an ETA on when the feature would become available, please keep an eye on our Product Update page for upcoming feature releases.
