Can I have different invoice formats for different clients?

I have just had a look and I don't think this option is available under my current plan (Simple Start).  Can you please confirm if this is correct or not?  Thank you

Thank you for posting here in the Community. I can provide clarification about the feature in QuickBooks.

Currently, the option to track locations in Simple Start is unavailable. I recommend upgrading to the Plus version to use the feature.

In case you need the steps, here's how:

1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a master or company admin.
2. Select Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings.
3. Select the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. Make sure your payment info is up-to-date.
5. In the QuickBooks Online section, select Upgrade your plan.
6. Review the available plans and then select Choose plan.
7. Follow the on-screen steps to upgrade your plan.
