Hi samantha12,

What you can do is to create a new Invoice Template that mirrors the same design as you currently have with your existing invoice template.

To create a new template:

  1. Select the Gear Icon on the top-right and select Custom Form Styles.
  2. Select New Style on the top-right, then select Invoice.
  3. Customise the invoice to your liking, add the USD bank account number in the payment details and footer field and then select Done.

When you are in the invoice and want to change the template, select Customise on the bottom of the screen, and then select the template you have created.

Hope this helps!

Is there a way to set it up so that certain customers (our USD customers) automatically default to the USD template? Also, is the USD template used for the emailed invoice once we have selected the customised invoice?

Currently QuickBooks does not have the option to assign default invoice templates to different customers. You will have to select the template manually from within the invoice.

Additionally, once you select the US template, the invoice that gets emailed out will be in the US template, and will also contain any formatting you have nominated in the Emails section of the Customise form screen.
