Hi alex-reflexdigit, 

 

Yes, you can. Once you have established the option to pay invoices via PayPal you can tick or untick the Payment method on each transaction when you enter them. However, if you are invoicing via the Mobile or Tablet app it will default to include the Payment method.

Once I've setup the Paypal account it seems to default to allowing Paypal on all invoices.

Can I change the default to not allow Paypal unless ticked (and have it default to untick)?

Hi alex-reflexdigit, 

 

Unfortunately not. If it's set up it will default to be applied to all invoices unless you specify otherwise, so untick the PayPal option.
