Yes, you can use two different logos or business names on the one QuickBooks file. For logos, you can upload and use these on different sales forms templates:
- Select the Settings icon (top right), then Custom Form Styles.
- Locate the template you would like to change and click Edit on the right.
- Select the 'Make logo edits' and click the small '+' icon to upload a new logo, then Save and Done.
There are two different ways to enter a different business name. While you will only be able to enter one business name on these templates (if you change it on one, it will change it across all), you can import your own custom form style with the different business name already added in. Alternatively, if you use set up and use Locations on your account (available on Plus subscriptions) you can set the Location up to have a different name on sales forms.
