Can you move time activity from one project to another?

Hi there, Michelle. I'll supply details to help you manage time activities in a project inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).
 
In QBO, you can edit a time activity inside a project. However, the option to move an activity to another project is unavailable. To get through this, you can edit the activity from Project A and copy it when entering a time activity in your other project. We'll gladly outline the steps below to help you modify a time activity inside QBO:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, click the Projects tab.
3. Locate the project you wish to edit and then access it.
4. Click the Time Activity and choose the time entry that you added to the project.
5. Make changes.
6. Once done, click the Save or Save and new button.
