Can you remove the 'review and pay' box which appears on the email when sending your invoices?

Thanks for dropping by the Community space, @buff_it.

 

You can choose the Plain text option when sending your invoices through email. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear Icon and select Account and Settings.
  2. Choose the Sales menu on the left side.
  3. Click the Online delivery section and click the drop-down arrow for Additional email options for invoices.
  4. Choose Plain text.
  5. Click Save then Done.

You can also control how the forms come through the customer. Please refer to this link for more details: Email and customise sales form.

I would like to add the 'review and pay' box which appears on the email when sending my invoices. I use Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus 2020.

To enable the review and pay box, we’ll have to configure the setup of your email. Accessing of company file requires account verification for safety reasons.

 

I’m unable to perform this process without asking for personal information. I suggest reaching out to our Technical Support Team for further assistance. They can activate the feature in a secure space.

 

  1. Let’s go to the Help section of the company file to see the contact details.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help to open the Have a Question window.
  3. Hit the Contact us link to see the Contact Us screen.
  4. Tap the Search for something else link and then type the issue in the field box.
  5. Choose Search to display the contact information.
